Antique 1920s Art Deco Silver Plate Toast Rack. A fabulous antique silver plated toast rack, dating to circa 1927. The bars of this splendid antique toast rack are in the shape of letters, which spell out the word TOAST. The toast rack also feature ball feet and will hold 4 slices of toast. Toast racks always add a bit of style to your breakfast arrangements and perfect to use on your table or breakfast tray. Toast racks are also terrific for storing letters or documents in your hallway or on your desk, and this one is a design classic! These 'TOAST' toast racks are highly sought after and increasingly hard to find, (although you should beware of modern copies, which don't have the removable bars). The bars or letters of this one can be unscrewed from the base to make polishing easy. This charming antique toast rack would make a wonderful addition to your antique or vintage collection. The antique toast rack is approx 5 inches / 12.5 cm tall, 4 inches / 10 cm across and 4.5 inches / 11.25 cm long. This cute antique toast rack has very light rubbing to the Silver plate, it is fully useable, with no other flaws or damage, very good condition.
