Vintage 1930s French Monette Square Art Deco Powder Compact. A very sweet vintage Art Deco powder compact, dating to circa 1931. This is a wonderful Art Deco compact in faux tortoise shell, Bakelite plastic with Green and Yellow floral decoration, to the lid. The Art Deco compact is designed to take lose powder, and it has a mirror inside the lid and powder guard. This is a great vintage powder compact, perfect for display or use. The vintage powder compact measures approx 2.5 inches / 6.25 cm deep and it is stamped: Monette. This delightful vintage Art Deco powder compact has very light signs of very gentle wear and no powder puff, it is fully useable and has no other flaws or damage, very good condition.
