Retro Vintage 1960s Lustra Pottery Tropical Fish Statue. This is incredible, i don't think i have ever seen anything quite like it! A fantastic retro vintage pottery statue of tropical fish swimming, in blue and white, with a lustra glaze finish. Lustra glaze items are quite rare and increasingly sought after, as this type of finish was only popular for a relatively short period of time. One of things that make this statue so impressive is its size, it's not a little figurine that you can put discreetly in a corner, it's really quite massive. Approx 10 inches / 25 cm across, 14 inches / 35 cm tall and 5 inches / 12.5 cm deep. This is a spectacular addition for your retro chic or vintage chic interior, home or lustra ware collection, it will always be a talking point and the centre of attention! This fabulous ornament has a tiny piece missing from the tip of one of the tails of one of the small fish and a repair to it's fin, this isn't visible from the front and can only be seen if you stand over the statue and look down at it. It is overall in good condition.
