Vintage 1956 Royal Copenhagen Nils Thorsson Trinket Box. A fabulous vintage pottery trinket box in the highly sought after Aluminia Art faience of the famous Danish Royal Copenhagen pottery, dating to 1956. This is a fabulous vintage piece of studio pottery by the acclaimed Danish potter Nils Thorsson, produced by the Royal Copenhagen pottery works. This is a charming little display piece for your retro or vintage inspired interior and a highly desirable piece for any collector. The trinket box is in White glaze pottery and it features a wonderful stylized bird in Blue and Biscuit coloured glaze. The trinket box is base stamped with the triple wave and beehive or A mark of the Royal Copenhagen factory, along with the Nils Thorsson mark and the Denmark mark, dating it to 1956. This is a fab little collectors piece and it measures approx 4 inches across and2 inches /5 cm tall. The retro vintage trinket box has no flaws or damage, excellent condition.
