Recycled Vintage Baby Love Box. This is a very cool vintage wooden box dating to circa 1940. Usually the word decoupage conjures up images of dated fat cherubs and faux Victoriana, however, but, this box has given a whole new meaning to the word, this vintage box was fading fast until a kind recycler came along and gave it a new lease of life.. The exterior has been covered with some cute and kitsch vintage baby images and adverts taken from some 1950s magazines and the interior is lined with paper embroidery designs from a vintage magazine too. The vintage box has been sealed with matt varnish and the bottom is covered with felt, to protect your surfaces from scratching, so it is ready for you to use to store all kinds of odds and ends. This is a divine vintage box, lovingly recycled, it's perfect for storage and display in your vintage inspired home. The vintage box measures approx 7 inches / 17.5 cm across, 10 inches / 25 cm deep and 3.5 inches / 8.75 cm tall. The vintage box has light signs of cosmetic wear, but, is newly refurbished, very good condition.
