Vintage 1930s Faux Shargreen Stratton Powder Compact. A very sweet vintage powder compact, dating to circa 1938. This is a wonderful round compact in Gold-tone metal, with a paper, faux Shargreen print to the exterior. The compact is designed to take lose powder and it has a patented non spill reservoir for the powder inside, complete with the original Stratton powder puff and a mirror inside the lid. The vintage compact is stamped Strattons Patent non-spill, made in England. This is a great vintage powder compact, perfect for display or use. The vintage powder compact measures approx 3.5 inches / 8.75 cm across. This delightful vintage powder compact has very light rubbing to the design on the bottom of the base, it is fully useable and has no other flaws or damage, excellent condition.
