Vintage 1940s Hand Painted Lucite Violets Brooch. A delightful vintage brooch, dating to circa 1947. This is a charming vintage brooch, made of a Diamond shaped clear Lucite base, decorated with a divine hand-painted floral Violet design. These fabulous vintage Lucite brooches were hand made by injured soldiers as part of their recuperation following WW2 and they're becoming very collectable and sought-after. This wonderful vintage brooch measures approx 2 inches / 5 cm wide. This charming brooch will add a touch of vintage character to any outfit, so it's the perfect addition to your vintage inspired wardrobe or costume jewellery collection.
