Vintage 1930s Art Deco Black Enamel Initials Powder Compact. A very sweet vintage Art Deco powder compact, dating to circa 1934. This is a wonderful Art Deco compact in Gold-tone metal, with Black enamel featuring a delightful little Diamante initials decoration, to the lid. The best part about this is that using the two side decorations, the initials can be changed to which ever ones you want. The Art Deco compact is designed to take lose powder, and it has a mirror inside the lid and the original powder guard. This is a great vintage powder compact, perfect for display or use. The vintage powder compact measures approx 4 inches / 10 cm wide and 3 inches / 7.5 cm deep and is stamped: AGME, made in Switzerland. This delightful vintage Art Deco powder compact has very light signs of very gentle wear, with light rubbing to the enamel and no powder puff and the mechanism to change the initials is a little stiff, it is fully useable and has no other flaws or damage, very good condition.
