Recycled Vintage Libbys Peaches Handbag. This is a very cool recycled vintage handbag dating to circa 1969. Now, usually the word 'decoupage' conjures up images of dated fat cherubs and faux Victoriana, however, but, this vintage bag has given a whole new meaning to the word, this vintage bag was fading fast until a kind recycler came along and gave it a new lease of life. The vintage handbag has been covered with some wonderfully kitsch advertising images from a Fifties magazine, including a libbys peaches and evaporated milk adverts and a dial dinner advert. The body of the vintage bag has been sealed with flexible plastic based matt varnish and so this fab bag's ready to give you years of service. The vintage bag retains it's original suede lined interior, which is immaculate. This is a divine vintage bag, lovingly recycled, it's a truly unique piece, so it's the perfect addition to your (environmentally friendly) vintage chic wardrobe or clothing collection. The vintage clutch bag measures approx 12 inches / 30cm across, 3 inches / 7.5 cm deep and 7 inches / 17.5 cm tall, plus the handle height of 7 inches / 17.5 cm. The vintage bag has light signs of cosmetic wear, but, is newly refurbished, very good condition.
