Vintage 1940s Shop Gift Tags Ref: 6773n70 Vintage 1940s Shop Gift Tags. A box of fab little gift cards, dating to circa 1947. These cute little cards were used by shop keepers in their shop and window displays as a little marketing tool to give people ideas for gifts, they would stick one of the little cards on or next to a product and the job was done! The cards all read 'Useful Gift'. The cards are in their original box and there are quite a few of them (about 40, I think). Each card reads approx 2 inches / 5 c acroos and 1/2 inch / 1.25 cm tall. There is a small felt tip pen mark to the box lid, but no other flaws or damage, very good condition. Price: £11.73 / €15.13
