Vintage 1940s Engine Turned Powder Compact. A very sweet vintage powder compact, dating to circa 1949. This is a wonderful round, compact in Gold-tone metal, decorated with an engine turned design. The compact is designed to take lose powder and it has a powder guard and a mirror inside the lid. This is a great vintage powder compact, perfect for display or use. The vintage powder compact measures approx 3.5 inches / 8.75 cm across. This delightful vintage powder compact has very light rubbing to the Gold-tone finish, one small dent to the underside and no powder puff, it is fully useable and has no other flaws or damage, very good condition.
