This charming vintage prom dress is a strapless design, featuring a fitted, boned bodice covered in tiny ruffles of blue net on a blue acetate background. This fabulous vintage prom dress has a full skirt, gathered into the nipped in waist, which features a ruched satin sash, with a large decorative bow at the back. The skirt has a acetate underskirt, covered with a layer of blue net and then a shorter over skirt, again in net, covered in tiny net ruffles, matching the bodice.
