Vintage 1950s 3 in 1 Convertible Handbag. A fabulous vintage convertible 3 in 1 handbag, dating to circa 1959. This wonderful vintage handbag has a stiffened black faille covered body, witha hinged clear lucite handle and gold-tone metal frame flip clasp and mounts. The best bit about the vintage hand bag is the reversible cover that it comes with. The cover has a frame along the top, which attaches to the tiny spring loaded mounts on the handbag frame. The cover has a shiny black faux patent leather side and a colourful tapestry fabric side, so you can change the bags look acorrding to your mood or outfit. This is such a cool vintage handbag it's large enough to take all your bits and pieces and is lined in black fabric, with an open and zippered pocket inside and with the cover, you get 3 bags in 1! This is a sensational vintage handbag, which will add a touch of vintage character to any outfit, so it's the perfect addition to your wardrobe or handbag collection. The handbag measures approx 12 inches / 30 cm across and tall, plus the handle height of approx 6 inches / 15 cm. The bag shows light signs of gentle use, with very light rubbing to the gold-tone finish on the frme and mounts and there are a couple of small points of light scuffing to the shiney surface of the faux patent leather side of the cover, but, no other flaws or damage, good condition.
