| At Steptoes Dog we make every effort to ensure that your order reaches you in tip-top condition. We are very expericenced and careful packers, with only 2 brakages during shipping in the past 6 years and we insure all the parcels and packages we send out, as part our service! However, despite our best efforts, very occassionally items do go missing or are damaged in transit, so if you find that your order has not arrived in a timley manner or you feel that it has been damaged in transit, please contact us so we can sort it out for you, either by calling us on 07731475164 between the hours of 10am - 8pm 7 days a week or by clicking here to email us.\n\n\nNot sure if your order is missing or not?
