Antique 1920s Boxed Set of Faux Jade Celluloid Handle Butter Knives. A wonderful set of antique English butter knives, dating to circa 1925. The butter knives are a set of six, in their original fitted box. The knives have Solver plated metal blades, with Green faux Jade celluloid handles. These are very attractive knives, that can be used for butter, cheese, fruit or afternoon tea. The knives measure approx 6 inches / 15 cm long. These charming antique knives have light rubbing to the Silver plate finish on the blades and one knife has a small cosmetic crack to the celluloid handle, from age, they still are fully useable and have no other flaws or damage, good condition.
