Vintage 1930s Designer Whiting & Davis Metal Mesh Clutch Evening Bag. This beautiful little vintage evening bag is a real find, dating to circa 1938. The evening bag has a delicate, shimmering silver - tone metal mesh body with a delightful decorative diamante rhinestone flip clasp. Inside this charming vintage evening bag is lined in cream fabric, with a small mirror pocket, which still houses the original mirror, the bag also has a cloth lbel, which has the Whiting and Davis logo. This is a divine vintage evening bag, that will add instant vintage charm to any outfit, so it's the perfect addition to your vintage wardrobe or evening bag collection. The vintage evening bag measures approx 6 inches / 15 cm across and 4 inches / 10 cm tall. The vintage bag has enough room for your essentials for an evening out! The evening bag has only the lightest signs of gentle use, with little darkening to the metal meash on the back and a tiny 1/4 inch / 0.65 cm slit to the lining faric inside, but, there are no other flaws or damage, very good condition.
