Vintage 1930s Silk Japanese Abstract Kimono Ref: 6902Le Vintage 1930s Japanese Silk Abstract Kimono. A wonderful vintage Japanese kimono, dating to circa 1934. This is a delightful vintage hand made Japanese full length kimono in silk decorated with a very cool abstract Japanese pattern. This kimono is lined in cream cotton to the body and purple silk to the leg area and inside the sleeves. The kimono has the fabulous traditional draped sleeves and it is a charming piece to display or wear. This is a traditional kimono and so it has no belt, as it was designed to be worn with an obi belt, but, it looks fantastic worn open, tied with a scarfe, around your waist or fastened with a brooch. The kimono is a one size fits all piece of clothing and it will certainly fit all ladies sized between a UK size 8 and 18 and it measures approx 55 inches / 140 cm long from collar to hem. The kimono has a few very small faint marks to the lining, but, no other flaws or damage, very good condition. Price: £90.31 / €116.50
