Vintage 1930s Gold-Tone Metal Stratton Powder Compact. A very sweet rectangular vintage powder compact, produced by stratton and dating to circa 1930. This is a wonderful compact in gold-tone metal, with an engine turned design on the lid. This compact is stamped: Stratton inside and it has a really kiss clasp. The compact is designed to take lose powder, it doesn't have the original puff, but, the mirror is still there and it's fine. This is a great powder compact, perfect for display or use. The powder compact measures approx 3.5 inches / 8.75 cm long and 2 inches / 5 cm across. The powder compact shows only the lightest signs of gentle use, with a couple of small dints to the body, but, no flaws or damage, good condition.
