Retro Vintage 1970s Black Halter Neck Evening Dress. A very cool retro vintage English evening dress, dating to circa 1978. This evening dress is a halter neck, with a low V - neckline, fitted bodice, and full length empire -line skirt. All you need are killer heels and big hair! The dress is in black nylon and has a rear concealed zipper. The dress shows no signs of use, flaws or damage, excellent condition.
