Vintage 1930s Embroidered Gnome Powder Compact. A very cute vintage powder compact, dating to circa 1935. This is a wonderful horse shoe shaped compact in Black Fabric, with a delightful little embroidered gnome and toadstool design to the lid. The compact is designed to take lose powder and it has the original powder guard, puff and a mirror inside the lid and fastens with a zipper. This is a fabulous, unusual vintage powder compact, perfect for display or use. The vintage powder compact measures approx 3 inches / 7.5 cm across. This delightful vintage powder compact has wear to the silvering on the mirror, it is fully useable and has no other flaws or damage, very good condition.
