Antique 1920s Art Deco Black Shot Silk & Bakelite Evening Bag. This is a charming antique evening bag, dating to circa 1920. The antique evening bag has a stiffened Black shot silk fabric body, covered frame, Silver-tone metal flip clasp and a Black Silk handle. The clasp features a Black carved Bakelite finial, with a little stylized Art Deco flower and the front of the bag features an Art Deco petal design picked out in Black stitching. This sweet little antique evening bag is lined in Gold silk and has a small open pocket and. This delightful evening bag will add a little Art Deco style to any outfit, so it's the perfect addition to your antique or vintage wardrobe and vintage handbag collection.
