Retro Vintage 1960s Stylemark Travel Box Handbag. A very cool retro vintage stylemark box handbag, dating to circa 1965. This is a great retro handbag, which has a white stiffened vinyl body printed with maps of Europe and other travel motifs. The handbag is a box shape, with a fold down handle in matching vinyl and a twist clasp in gold-tone metal. The bag is lined in beige vinyl and has a small open pocket, which is stamped: Stylemark, since 1901, by mutterpearl, made in the USA. This is such a cool vintage handbag, by one of the most famous American handbag design companies and it is such a statement piece, that it's the perfect addition to your vintage or retro chic wardrobe or handbag collection. The handbag is the perfect size for all your essentials and measures approx 6 inches / 15 cm tall, 9 inches / 22.5 cm across and 4 inches / 10 cm deep. The handle adds a further 3 inches / 7.5 cm to the height. This handbag is in great shape and the only point to mention is a small cosmetic crack to the lining vinyl inside where the lid hinges open. The handbag is immaculate inside and out and there is no damage, overall very good condition.
