Antique Victorian Patchwork Quilt. A wonderful English antique hand made and hand quilted patchwork quilt, dating to circa 1875. This is a lovely old quilt, in pastel shades of printed cottons, with a linen back. This is a really beautiful piece of antique bed linen and is the perfect piece to add a touch of cosy antique chic to your antique or vintage styled interior or quilt collection. The quilt is signed Ellen Jane Jeane. The quilt measures approx 88 inches / 220cm across and wide. There is a missing patch (approx 6 inches / 14 inches / 35 cm ), and some fading to the fabric, but, the quilt is still absolutely structurally sound and can be used or displayed. Overall good condition, especially considering it's age.
