Antique Edwardian Hand Embroidered Petite Pointe Evening Bag. A beautiful antique hand embroidered petite point evening bag, dating to circa 1910. The charm of this beautiful Edwardian evening bag is all in the detail, the velvet edging, jewelled frame and violet lined interior combine to make a wonderful collectors piece. The body of the bag is hand embroidered in with garlands of flowers, roses petals and blue ribbons. This delightful antique evening bag would make a wonderful addition to your antique and vintage evening bag collection. The bag is a good size and will hold all your essntials for an evening out, it measures approx 7 inches / 17.5 cm across and tall (excluding the handle, which adds a further 6 inches / 15 cm to the height). There are only light signs of use, with a couple of tiny points of rubbing to the gold tone, and a few tiny spots of discolouration to lining. Very good condition no damage.
