Vintage 1930s A Rational System of Woollen Yarn Costing Book. A wonderful English vintage trade book, dating to circa 1931. This old book seems to have been designed as a trade book, it features eaxples and explanations of how to cost out woollen yarn, written by J. Broock. The book was produced by a Batley based printers and it features advertisments for local textile and wool trade related businesses, this is a facinating piece of Yorkshire cultural history regarding the now defunct textile and wool industry. The book is a small cloth-bound, hard-backed edition. The book has the Name N. Beauson written neatly on the fly leaf, and there is light wear conducive to age and use, no damage, overall very good condition.
