Vintage 1950s Tapestry Fabric Handbag. A very cool vintage handbag, in vintage tapestry style fabric, with cream faux leather accents, dating to circa 1954. This is another imported handbag, so you're sure not to meet anyone else with the same! The handbag has a stiffened cloth body and faux leather covered metal frame, the bag even has little metal feet on the bottom to prevent it for being marked or damaged when you put it down. The handbag is lined in peach fabreic and has a zipper pocket inside. The handbag is a nice big size, so it will take all your bits and pieces and the shape is so cool that this is the perfect addition to your retro chic or vintage chic wardrobe or handbag collection. The handbag measure approx 16 inches / 40 cm across, 78 inches / 20 cm tall (excluding the handle, which adds another 5 inches / 12.5 cm to the height) and 4 inches / 10 cm deep. As to condition, this handbag is in great shape, with light signs of gentle use, but, no flaws or damage, very good condition.
