Vintage 1930s Art Deco Meriton Powder Compact. A fabulous vintage powder compact, produced by Meriton and dating to circa 1932. This is a delightful vintage, powder compact in Brass metal, with a sleek rectangular case, decorated with an engine turned stripe design and blank Cartouche to the lid. Inside the vintage powder compact is a mirror, and it is stamped Meriton, made in England. This wonderful vintage powder compact is designed to take lose powder and it still has its original powder guard, but, no puff. This is a wonderful Art Deco powder compact, that'll add a touch of vintage glamour to your make up proceedings and, so it's the perfect addition to your vintage inspired wardrobe or compact collection. The vintage Art Deco powder compact measures approx 2.5 inches / 6.25 cm across. This divine vintage powder compact has a very fine scratch to the silvering of the mirror, it is fully useable, with no other flaws or damage, very good condition.
