This is a great English antique Edwardian pottery tureen, with matching stand, which can also be used as a serving platter. Both pieces are in White pottery, with pretty transfer ware flowers and hand painted Blue and Gold edging. This is a fantastic set, perfect for displaying in your antique chic or vintage chic interior and great for serving food too. Base stamped: Booths royal semi-porcelain, Staffordshire, England. The tureen measures approx 12 inches / 30 cm across, 4 inches / 10 cm tall and 8 inches / 20 cm wide. As to condition, the tureen and stand or platter are in good shape, there are a couple of tiny points of rubbing to the Gold edging and there's some light discolouration to the middle of the stand, but these don't distract from this fantastic jug.
