Retro Vintage 1950s Blue Tapestry Handbag. A very pretty vintage handbag, in blue leather, with tapestry pannels front and back, featuring a very pretty rose design on each side on a blue tapestry background. This is a fantastic handbag, it oozes quality and it just the right size for all your bits and pieces, so it's the ideal addition to your retro chic or vintage chic wardrobe or handbag collection. The handbag has silver-tone metal mounts and frame, which also has some engraved and black enamel detailing. The bag has 4 little metal feet to prevent the base getting worn, inside is lined in bright red grosgrain fabric and there are 2 open pockets and a zipper pocket. The handbag measures approx 11 inches / 27.5 cm across, 2 inches / 5 cm deep and 8 inches 20 cm tall (excluding the handle, which adds a further 5 inches / 12.5 cm to the height). As to condition, this handbag is in fabulous shape, the only point to mention is the very light signs of gentle use to the handle, no visible flaws or damage, excellent condition.
