A great vintage chic pottery mug produced by Lancasters for the Coronation of King Edward VIII in 1937. Of course this coronation did not take place as Edward VIII was the uncrowned king who abdicated the throne to marry Wallis Simpson. This will look great in a shabby chic or retro chic interior, and is a quality piece that will be of interest to collectors. Approx 4 inches / 10 cm tall. Base stamped: Lancaster's, England.
