Vintage 1930s Brown Floral Tapestry Handbag. A wonderful vintage handbag, dating to circa 1932.The handbag has a lovely wool hand embroidered tapestry body, with an Chocolate Brown background, covered with flowers and roses.The vintage handbag also features a metal frame, mounts, chain handle and filigree ball kiss clasp.This delightful handbag oozes charm, making it the perfect addition to your vintage inspired wardrobe or handbag collection and it is a good size for your bits and pieces too! The vintage handbag measures approx 9 inches / 22.5 cm across and tall, plus the handle height of 6 inches / 15 cm. This charming vintage bag has rubbing to the metal, which was once gilt, but most of this has rubbed away and it needs re-lining, but, this could easily be done and it would make a nice little renovation project. This cut vintage handbag shows no other flaws or damage, fair condition.
