Vintage 1950s Floral Crocchet Raffia Handbag. A wonderful vintage handbag, dating to circa 1958. This fab vintage handbag has a solid Brown body, covered with crocheted raffia, with a lift up lid, decorated with little embriodered raffia flowers, which fastens with a Gold-tone metal twist clasp, so the contents are secure and won't fall out. The handbag has Bamboo covered handle and is lined in Cream fabric, with a small open pocket. This handbag is a really good size and will hold all your bits and pieces, even if you carry every thing including the kitchen sink! This charming vintage handbag will add vintage character to any outfit so it's the perfect addition to your vintage chic or retro chic wardrobe or handbag collection. The handbag measures approx 10 inches / 25 cm tall (excluding the handle, which add a further 6 inches / 15 cm to the height), 5 inches / 12.5 cm deep and 14 inches / 35 cm across.
