Vintage 1940s Navy Leather Handbag. This charming vintage handbag is made from navy blue coloured leather and dates to circa 1947. The vintage bag is an unusual shape with a rectangular base and curved top disguising the zipped interior which has been lined in tan coloured suede. The vintage handbag has two simple handles in the same leather as the body. This lovely bag is a vintage wardrobe staple and is a wonderful addition to your collection. The vintage handbag measures approx 27cm/ 10.5 inches across and 21cm / 8 inches top to bottom excluding handles, which add a further 5 inches / 12.5 cm to the height. This charming vintage bag has been well loved shows signs of light wear, however, the structure is extremely solid and it has a wonderful 1940s charm about it. Good condition.
