Vintage 1950s Atomic Era Cream Lace Vinyl Handbag. A very cool vintage vinyl handbag, imported for you, so you'll have a unique bag, dating to circa 1957. This is a delightful quirky vintage handbag, in cream Fabric decorated with a lace panel, highlightes with shimmering Aurora Borealis stone and Gold and Silver glitter, with gold patterning and glitter, all coated in a thick layer of clear vinyl. Vinyl coating fabrics, on handbags and furniture was considered the height of futuristic living during the Atomic era of the late 1950s and early 1960s! The handbag body is mounted on to a White vinyl covered metal frame, with a matching handle and Gold-tone metal flip clasp. This handbag will add a touch of vintage sparkle to any outfit, so it's the perfect addition to your vintage inspired wardrobe! The handbag measures approx 9 inches / 22.5 cm across and 11 inches / 27.5 cm tall (plus the handle, which adds 6 inches/ 15 cm to the height).
