Vintage 1950s Black Embroidered Evening Bag. The evening bag has a Black Grosgrain fabric body, Gold-tone metal frame, chain handle and kiss clasp. This charming vintage evening bag has a very pretty embroidered floral detail to the front. This evening bag dates to circa 1953 and will add a little vintage style to any outfit, so it's the perfect addition to your vintage chic wardrobe and vintage handbag collection. The vintage evening bag measures approx 8 inches / 20 cm across by 5 inches / 12.5 cm tall (excluding the handle, which adds a further 5 inches / 12.5 cm to the height).This evening bag has tiny points of rubbing to the Gold-tone finish on the frame, a tiny point of rubbing to the grosgrain and a couple of tiny marks to the lining, it remains fully useable, clean inside and out, with no other flaws or damage, good condition.
