Antique Victorian Sterling Silver Pencil Part. A really interesting piece. This is part of a propelling pencil (it is no longer functioning, but, could be used as a decorative piece or for parts) The part pencil is in Sterling Silver, with a full set of hall marks and it is engraved H.R.Monroe. The part pencil measures approx 4 inches / 10 cm tall. This charming antique pencil is missing parts and does not work, with no other flaws or damage, poor condition.
