Antique Edwardian Art Nouveau Silver Plate Brides Basket. A charming antique Edwardian brides or fruit basket, dating to circa 1905. This is a fantastic antique basket in silver plate, with a fold down handle, the basket has little repousse dots to the rim and cut-outs to the sides. This divine antique silver plated basket was used for displaying fruit and flowers and these were often given as gifts to brides. This is a wonderful antique Edwardian silver plate brides basket, perfect for display in your antique or vintage inspired interior. The basket measures approx 9 inches / 22.5 cm long and tall (including handle) and 6 inches / 15 cm wide. This divine antique fruit basket is fully useable, with no flaws or damage, very good condition.
