Antique Victorian Ornate Silver John Gilbert Bar Brooch. An utterly charming little antique Victorian Silver brooch, dating to circa 1885. This divine antique brooch has Silver bar shaped body, featuring highly ornate decoration. This charming antique brooch is Sterling Silver and is stamped on the back with the hallmarks dating it to 1894, it was assayed in Birmingham and it has the makers mark for John Gilbert. It measures approx 1 inch / 2.5 cm across. This is a really sensational antique brooch, just right for adding a touch of Victorian bohemian style to your wardrobe or costume jewellery collection. This divine antique Silver brooch has a couple of small dints, it is fully wearable, with no other flaws or damage, very good condition.
